I can't forget to let everyone know about the upcoming Jamaica Plain Open Studios coming up this weekend! Featuring the awesome artwork of Ink in the Sink, my sister Bethany, and her studiomate Sarah, among many other fun places (like the Red Sun Press!). Work will be for sale in most if not all studios, and it's a fantastically fun day (or 2, if you want to attend both!) of exploring a really pleasant area of Boston and experiencing a lot of great new artwork. Dan & I will be staffing an information booth outside of the JP Licks in JP (duh), so stop by to visit us, get a map or some info, and grab a coffee & some ice cream! :) We'll be there from 1-4 on Saturday; the weather looks like it'll be great that day, so come on out & support the local arts community! (And maybe pick up some fun things for yourself in the process! Everything from clothing to posters to handbags to paintings, and much more....) Hope to see you there. xoxo
